Question 1

What's included in a standard cleaning service?

Accepted Answer

Our standard cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and floors, mopping hard floors, cleaning kitchen surfaces (countertops, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors), cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilet, shower, tub, sink), emptying trash bins, and general tidying. We focus on high-traffic areas to ensure your space is fresh and inviting.

Question 2

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

While our standard cleaning covers all the regularly used surfaces and areas, a deep cleaning is more thorough and includes additional services such as cleaning inside appliances, scrubbing grout, cleaning baseboards and trim, washing walls, dusting ceiling fans and light fixtures, cleaning window sills and tracks, and other details that aren't typically part of a regular cleaning routine. Deep cleaning is recommended for first-time clients, seasonal cleaning, or when your space needs extra attention.

Question 3

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all our cleaning professionals are fully insured and undergo thorough background checks. We prioritize your security and peace of mind by employing trustworthy staff who are professionally trained to handle all cleaning tasks with care. Our insurance covers any potential damages that might occur during the cleaning process, though our meticulous approach makes such instances extremely rare.

Question 4

Question 5

What eco-friendly practices do you follow?

Accepted Answer

We use environmentally friendly cleaning products that are effective yet gentle on the environment. Our practices minimize waste, reduce harmful chemicals, and help maintain better indoor air quality while still delivering exceptional cleaning results. We also use microfiber cloths that can be washed and reused, reducing paper towel waste, and concentrate on efficient water usage during our cleaning processes.

Question 6

How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

To get the most out of your cleaning service, we recommend picking up any clutter or personal items, securing valuables, and making note of any areas that need special attention. If you have pets, please make arrangements to keep them comfortable during the cleaning. It's helpful to provide clear access to all areas that need cleaning and to communicate any specific instructions or concerns to our team before they arrive.

Question 7

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning service. Many of our clients provide a key or access code for entry. We maintain strict security protocols for handling keys and access information. However, if it's your first time using our service, you might prefer to be present to provide any specific instructions or to see our cleaning process firsthand.

Question 8

Do you offer commercial or office cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PrimeBright provides commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, clinics, and larger businesses across Metro Vancouver. We can schedule after-hours or weekend cleans so your operations aren't interrupted. Visit our commercial cleaning page or request a free facility estimate.

Question 9

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

With PrimeBright, you’re in control—cancel or reschedule anytime, no fees, no stress! We get that life happens, so feel free to tweak your appointment whenever you need. Shine on your terms.

Question 10

How do you price your cleaning services?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is based on several factors, including the size of your space, the type of service (standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out, etc.), the frequency of service (one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and any specific requirements or add-ons. We provide custom quotes to ensure you're paying for exactly what you need. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprises.

Question 11

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our professional cleaning teams bring all necessary cleaning supplies, products, and equipment to complete your service effectively. This includes eco-friendly cleaning solutions, vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and other tools. If you have preferences for specific products or have supplies you'd like us to use instead, please let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

Question 12

How do I schedule recurring cleaning services?

Accepted Answer

You can set up recurring cleaning services easily when you book your first appointment. Simply select your preferred frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) during the booking process. You'll receive priority scheduling and often a discounted rate for recurring services. You can modify or cancel your recurring schedule at any time with appropriate notice (following our standard cancellation policy).

Question 13

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we'll return to re-clean any areas at no additional cost. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Your feedback helps us improve our service, so we always appreciate hearing about your experience.
